Ultra-high-pressure series hoses adopt steel wire winding technology. Multiple winding layers can be applied to further improve the hose's pressure resistance.
Products Description
The reinforcement layer of steel-wir-wound ultra-high-pressure hoses consists of specially-treated high-strength wound steel wires. The inner rubber layer is made of nylon, while the outer rubber layer is nylon-polyurethane accordingly. This hose features low fluid resistance, low volumetric expansion, good chemical-corrosion resistance, light weight and small outer diameter. The maximum length of a single hose can reach 1200 meters. Hose couplings are available in high‑quality carbon steel or stainless steel, and are assembled with advanced crimping equipment and processes.
