On the afternoon of April 23, the Aolai Industrial Park was bustling with people shouting and cheering - the first tug-of-war activity of Aolai Rescue was launched!
Draw lots to form a team?
This is a blind box style thing!

All staff randomly draw lots to form teams, breaking down departmental barriers. Eight "mixed teams" are newly formed. Each team has a balanced ratio of men and women, with both strength and strategy.

From the preliminary round to the final round, the team members held the long rope tightly and stood firm, with slogans and cheers coming one after another.
The eliminated team became the "strongest cheerleaders" to cheer for the advanced partners, and everyone felt fully involved!

Speed and Passion in final round

"three rounds, two wins" system, with the two teams going back and forth, and the red rope swinging repeatedly in the middle line.

The passion never fades.
Looking forward to "excelling" again next time.

At the end of the event, everyone was smiling, capturing the glorious moment of the team. This event not only allowed employees to release stress in laughter, but also gathered the centripetal force of cross-departmental collaboration with "one rope". In the future, Aolai Rescue will continue to innovate cultural activities to deeply root healthy vitality and team spirit in the daily workplace!
The passion never fades, looking forward to "excelling" again next time!
