The Communist Party of China celebrated its 104th anniversary on July 1, 2025. From 1921 to 2025, from the Red Boat on South Lake to leading the revival, the Communist Party of China has always advanced together with the people through the storm, hand in hand. On this special day, let's look back on the glorious journey together and draw strength to forge ahead.
On July 23, 1921, the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held, marking the birth of the Party. The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China decided to designate July 1st as the anniversary of the Party founding in 1938.
Why is it "July 1st"?
Although the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) was actually convened on July 23, but July 1 was later designated as the Party's Founding Day for the convenience of commemoration.The Party's Founding Day carries the remembrance of revolutionary predecessors and embodies the expectations for the future.
