Hydraulic cutter works with a motor or hand pump through aquick coupler. The hydraulic force pushes the piston, which isconverted into the force of the tool through the connecting rod,thereby cutting objects. The hand valve controls the opening andclosing ofthe tool. When the hand valve is in the neutralposition.the tool does not move and the oil return to the pump. Hydraulic Cutters are specially designed to cut round bar, steeplate and cable. lt cuts metal or non-metal structures, rescuingvictims trapped in dangerous situations.
